NET BAZAR is a Kolkata based online retail store, as a visitor to the website you are advised to please read the Terms & Condition carefully.
- NET BAZAR delivers the products on its specified time slots according to the customer's selection from the app / website. Final time of placing an order to get delivered on next day is 10.00 p.m. Order will be delivered on next day.
- Minimum order value for place an order is Rs. 60, for free delivery minimum order value will be Rs. 199, otherwise Rs. 20 will be added as a delivery charge.
- Get “ URGENT DELIVERY “ within 45 minutes by calling or whatsapp us (+91 7439161490 ). Delivery charge Rs. 40.00 ( 9 am – 7 pm) & Rs. 80.00 ( 7 pm – 9 pm)
- One can place order (24X7 hrs ) through the NET BAZAR Website/APP. Also order can be placed over Phone / Whatsapp ( +91 7439161490 )
Delivery time can be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic congestions, road blocks or any natural calamities.
Customer is liable to collect the ordered items from his/her doorstep.
If a customer places an order and the product becomes suddenly unavailable at our end then
NET BAZAR reserves the right to cancel the order.
The product images may differ from the original products.(We are trying to display available products, including in respect of their colour, shape, size, and appearance accurately as much as possible. However, actual colour, shape, size and appearance may have variations from the depiction on your mobile/computer screen.)
In case of Fish items, all weights are measured before cutting, descaling & cleaning. If any customer requests for cut & clean service that time weight could be 10%-25% (Approx) less than the actual weight due to cutting & cleaning.
If any customer need Cut & Clean service then He / She can write us a "Note" during order place or whats app us with order no.
Cut & Clean service charges will be added extra according to prduct type.
For any other products if any customer need cut & clean service that time weight may be differ from the actual weight & service charges will be added extra according to products.
Total order value & quantity may be change (+ or -) due to adjustment of order quantity. For example, If any customer place an order of 500 gm Pumkin, at that time after cutting the weight of that pice may be slightly increase or decrease so that price may slightly vary (Plus + or Minus - ).
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where any information is required from you,
NET BAZAR has reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If at any time, the information provided by you is found to be false or inaccurate (wholly or partly),
NET BAZAR has the right in its sole discretion to reject registration and cancel all orders.
NET BAZAR holds the rights to deactivate any coupon codes, vouchers at any point of time.
Services of
NET BAZAR would be available to only selected pin code area in India.
If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the app only under the supervision of parent or legal guardians who agrees to be bound by these terms of use.
All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the app / Website. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct. For communications related to your purchases from the app / website.
By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration.
